Large amounts of unlicensed medications have actually been seized by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a home in Glengormley.

A male was by department officers about illegally importing and consequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the web.

The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offenses.

The search was brought out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.

Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, stated: "It is important that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be harmful.
